Betway Promotions

1. It is your responsibility to check that the Bet instructions you submit are correct before confirming the Bet. Betway reserves the right to refuse placement of any Bet for any reason.
2. All Jackpot games are owned and operated by Betway. By using any Jackpot game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below which constitute a binding contract between you and Betway. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the General Terms and Conditions these terms and conditions shall control as they apply to your use of such Jackpot game.
3. Betway may, in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to suspend betting on a game at any time. Betway also reserves the right to void a game in its entirety or any Leg(s) or Bet(s): to correct any obvious errors; to maintain integrity and fairness in the Jackpot games; if there has been a change to the format or events within a game; or if it believes any Bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms of Play or of the rules of a sports governing body or other relevant professional body.
4. Players may choose to place one or more Bets, each consisting of a minimum of at least one selection in each Leg (e.g. Arsenal to beat Aston Villa by ‘Other Home Win’ (i.e. a home win by a score not otherwise listed on the coupon), Liverpool to beat Newcastle 3-2, and Chelsea and Everton to draw 1-1). Each Bet is identified with a unique reference number when the Bet is accepted.
5. In the event that the main prize is won by multiple players, the prize pool will be split equally. Please note that winners may be from different regions depending on the jackpot. This does not apply to consolation prizes. Consolation prizes are paid out in full to all winners.
6. In the event of any uncertainty about any official result, Betway reserves the right to suspend settlement of any game until the uncertainty can be resolved to its reasonable satisfaction. If a match is postponed/voided, the entire jackpot will be voided.
7. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these terms and conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter.
8. Betway reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a game if it has been settled in error (for example, a human or technical error). If Betway resettles a game, this may lead to amendments being made to Players’ Account balances to reflect changes in game settlement.
9. The Legs in any Game Period shall be selected by Betway acting in its discretion.

2. This promotion is only valid on Tuesdays. Any deposits made on any other day will not count towards the promotion.

Free Play Friday

1. This promotion is open to all new and existing Betway customers.
2. Free Play Friday rewards will be randomly awarded to customers every Friday. Rewards may come in the form of cash, Free Bets, Free Spins, or Casino Bonuses.
3. Free Play Friday rewards will expire every Sunday directly after it is awarded. Any rewards not used by the end of that Sunday will be forfeited
4. In order to qualify for the promotion, you have to:

• Make a Deposit.
• Wager the full deposit.
• The wager needs to be on odds of 2.0 and greater.
• The wager requirements needs to be done on the same day.

Super Boost Saturday

1. This promotion is open to all new and existing Betway customers.
2. Each week selected bet types will have their odds boosted on selected games.
3. Boosted odds will only be available on the pre-selected bet types and games and cannot be carried over to any other bet types or fixtures.
4. A valid Betway account is required to participate in the promotions.
5. The promotions are only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and either Nigerian citizens or permanently reside in Nigeria.
6. Betway may require the winners to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Betway to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
7. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
8. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner’s image may be used for promotional purposes.
10. The Promoters will continuously monitor any irregular behavior, whether it be in entries and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behavior and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
11. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
12. Betway reserves the right to change, amend, edit, postpone or cancel the promotion, prizes, rules, and terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
13. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk.
